While Mom manages activities, the Family Assistant will take the lead on household support, including running errands, grocery shopping, children’s laundry, and maintaining family linens. During the two weeknights, the Family Assistant will support the evening routine by assisting with bedtime, engaging one child while Mom works with the other, and helping manage activities.
