Directs and guides project growth, development, and delivery performance within the Refining and Chemicals sector, ensuring teams uphold the highest standards of integrity, safety, quality, and performance excellence. Collaborates with functional managers and project managers to ensure appropriate staffing, influences strategic hiring, and develops business plans to support business growth in line with Woods strategy.
