In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: GS-13: Independent practice of a complex panel of patients providing comprehensive direct care to pediatric patients, including duties like analyzing and interpreting patients, histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses, prescribing medications, managing acute and chronic care conditions, and developing treatment plans. Conducts comprehensive evaluation, management, and follow-up of chronic and acute conditions in the Ambulatory Care setting, including complex co-morbid conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Obesity, auto-immune disorders, and Heart Failure (HF) Conducts comprehensive evaluation for pediatric specific acute and chronic conditions, including developmental disorders, growth related, and others.
