div>Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State.
The PA provides primary medical care services to patients of Sea Mar Community Health Centers in accordance with training, experience, certification, insurance and licensure, under the supervision of the Medical Director and/or the Chief Medical Officer and in compliance with their personal utilization management plan and with guidelines established in the principles of practice at Sea Mar and its mission statement.
