The successful candidate will provide a positive and competitive experience for student-athletes while establishing a clear program philosophy centered on development, accountability, teamwork, sportsmanship, and representing North Middlesex with pride. The position requires leadership of the overall North Middlesex Softball Program, development of student-athletes and coaches, establishment of a sustainable program culture, and creation of an environment where student-athletes are challenged, supported, and prepared for continued growth.
