Serve as the lead technical owner and escalation point for network infrastructure and management platforms, including controllers, firewalls, network access control, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, load balancing, monitoring and telemetry tools, configuration repositories, and network-connected video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Current professional-level certification in enterprise networking, wireless, network security, cloud networking, or infrastructure service management preferred (e.g., CCNP Enterprise, JNCIP-ENT, PCNSE, CWNP, ITIL, or equivalent).
