Required Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on commercial AV programming experience • Proficiency in Crestron (SIMPL, Studio, or NVX), Q-SYS Designer, and Shure Designer/Audio Ecosystem • Strong troubleshooting skills — signal flow, IP networking, control communication, and power systems • Familiarity with Dante, AV-over-IP, and commercial-grade networking • Ability to work independently and as part of a field deployment team • Strong written and verbal communication for both internal documentation and client-facing roles • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record .
