Two years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating Voice over IP (VoIP) and telecommunications infrastructure, including Mitel systems, servers, phones, voicemail, user provisioning, software updates, and related equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a related field, or a combination of education, certifications, and equivalent work experience.
