Additionally, this role is responsible for helping resolve onsite technical incidents with the core network (Cisco Meraki) and security stack, Wi-Fi, cameras, computer systems to include software, hardware, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and other IT related incidents, all while being skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining these systems, and supporting customers through the resolution of support incidents.
