Job Overview The Clinic RN, LPN, CMA or RMA is responsible for providing direct or indirect care according to the applicable state Nurse Practice Act to patients who present with urgent, emergent or potential health problems as well as preventive care. Along with rooming, the clinical assistant will pre-chart, refill medications, answer MyChart messages, perform POCT, give immunizations, and various other duties.
