These responsibilities include the support of: end user support for onsite and mobile users, disaster recovery processes and procedures, local area network (LAN), Microsoft Windows Servers, storage area network (SAN), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Cisco and Checkpoint switches and remote access devices, MS-Windows, and various third-party software. End user support of applications including but not limited to desktops, laptops, Windows operating system, Microsoft 365, Adobe products, and other various software, utilities, and applications.
