Follow through on all nurse delegation tasks as assigned including: vital signs, gastric tube management, diabetic management, O2 administration, crushing medications, intermittent catheterization of indwelling Foley catheters, catheter care, bowel and bladder program management and trach care. Follow through and Supervises Neuro Rehab Coaches on patient plan of care in collaboration with other transitional team members including assisting in rehabilitation activities assigned to promote education, maintaining patient engagement.
