Performs housekeeping functions in common area by vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets; removing cobwebs from ceilings and walls; and dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces. Perform simple maintenance duties as needed for residents such as unclogging toilets, turning off water to leaking faucets, mopping up overflowing sinks or toilets, and delivering toilet paper.
