What you need to be considered for the role: • Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred • Relevant certifications and/or equivalent experience will also be considered • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior technician capacity • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance techniques • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, including experience with PLCs, robotics, and control systems • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide maintenance team members • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing issues and implementing solutions • Team player with a commitment to Respect for People and continuous improvement.
