Differentiate between cause types when troubleshooting among product, process, mechanical, and electrical contributors Communicate findings, identifying potential causes, and correction steps to operations and maintenance leadership Verify, provide feedback, and update electrical schematics appropriately and in a timely manner Execute and assist in development of proactive maintenance plans, including planned jobs on assigned equipment to include: Preventive Maintenance (PM) - inspection & measurement of equipment components for proper function applying specifications, drawings, and written instruction on pre-defined schedules Condition Maintenance (CM) – repair and replacement of components identified as requiring attention through PM & PdM activities based on detailed job plans, including development of detailed job plans and ensuring any necessary updates to schematics are completed . OPERATING ENVIRONMENT AND GUIDANCE: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, taking initiative with team along with other team members to train, motivate and solve problems. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY: Minor Preventative Maintenance Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting.
li>Oversee and manage medication delivery system to include timely order entry, receipt and tracking as well as daily MAR documentation, narcotic count, and checking in medications in a timely manner as assigned to ensure Resident compliance to medication regime.
Performs and/or assists the supervising physician with all aspects of discharge services including discharge planning, discharge summaries, discharge orders and coordinating post-discharge follow-up care. Participate in inpatient rounding, writing progress notes, admission/transfer/postoperative orders, schedulingsurgery and communication necessary for continuity of care.

p>Essential Functions: The Maintenance Technician spends time climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, pulling, stretching, and working in confined spaces and awkward positions, as well as working at heights.
Complete the paperwork necessary to admit the patient to the assigned program and explain forms prior to patient signing, notify the clinical lead of the patient's arrival, and escort the patient and documentation to the appropriate location within the facility. Efficient and accurate completion of the admission process of patients and the timely distribution of the paperwork necessary to notify staff of the arrival/transfer of each patient.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, regularly required to walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with arms and hands, frequently is required to climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, ability to lift/move 25 to 50 pounds. The Ink & Plate Technician is responsible for ensuring all materials, inks, plates, sleeves, and tooling are fully prepared, verified, and staged prior to production to support efficient press operation, reduce downtime, and maintain high print quality.
li>Documents/communicates clearly and concisely patient data, initiates and implements phone and verbal physician orders promptly and accurately as needed, collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as needed including the Assistant Nurse Manager and/or Charge RN, other RNs, and physicians, under HIPAA and confidentiality policy.
