Employees in this role are responsible for complying with all applicable CMS regulations, state licensure requirements, and facility policies to ensure resident safety, dignity, and quality of care. Perform routine maintenance on the facility which includes but is not limited to light plumbing, light electrical, painting, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed by the Maintenance Director.
