Position Purpose: Within the regulatory scope of practice and under the direction of the Program Director, the LVN assists in the provision of direct patient care by performing routine patient care procedures, technical and supportive functions in the recuperative care setting. This respite program offers medical care, case management, personal care, three meals per day, access to long-term housing resources and placement, and reunification services for clients who have lost contact with their family or support network.
