Requirements: 3 years of RN experience; at least 2 years of staff CVICU experience; strong CVICU and Medical ICU experience; ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; 16-hour Maryland-approved trauma course; Prophecy Relias Advanced EKG assessment; Maryland or compact RN license upon submission; strong dysrhythmia interpretation and management experience; multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management; 12-lead EKG/ECG experience; CABG and post-cardiac surgery experience; pre/post cardiac catheterization and intervention experience; CVP and Swan-Ganz/Pulmonary Artery Line monitoring experience; epicardial pacing wire management; Impella and IABP experience; CRRT/CVVHD experience; blood product administration, arterial line, central line, PICC, and IV management experience; continuous IV sedation, neuromuscular blockade, emergency medication, and procedural sedation experience; cardiac and vasoactive drip titration experience; ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, ABG interpretation, and suctioning experience; chest tube management; Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Swan-Ganz/Pulmonary Artery Lines, CRRT/CVVHD, mechanical ventilation, and epicardial pacing wires experience.
