This role encompasses strategic planning, budgeting, compliance with regulations, and management of maintenance and construction projects.Responsibilities: 1.	Oversee the day-to-day operations of all healthcare facilities. 2.	Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures. 3.	Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. 4.	Manage budgets related to facility maintenance and capital improvement projects. 5.	Provide oversight and strategic direction for maintenance staff and contractors. 6.	Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects. 7.	Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning. 8.	Develop contingency plans for emergency situations (e.g., natural disasters, power outages). 9. The Maintenance Technician's key responsibility will be to maintain & repair the facility & production equipment. Troubleshooting and repair of machine controllers. Troubleshooting molding machine auxiliary equipment issues. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
