Direct traffic during special events or heavy customer traffic, while enforcing parking regulations* Make regularly scheduled floor and exterior walks to ensure the safety and security of the customers and facility* Complete monthly reports on safe or non-safe practices found on the sales floor or backstocksFirst Responder* Help customers and staff with vehicle break-downs and lock-outs and retrieve shopping carts from parking areas* React as necessary and assist in handling any situations - shoplifting, medical emergencies, and inclement weather* Ability to work assigned schedules which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
