Participating actively in the Maintenance Department's accident reduction plan including: monitoring displays for trip hazards or instability, observing safe lifting techniques, and recognizing safety features of all machinery, store evacuation plan, and robbery policy. Performing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance in a timely manner; rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
