Failure to successfully complete their job can lead to patient health issues, Joint Commissions concerns, and large fines/processes assigned to the Customer in cases where employees are not trained on how to perform their job duties. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
