p>What you'll do: • Run various machines and equipment within the molding department • Process and complete paperwork, and operate a forklift as required • Progress towards a Molding Technician, where you'll oversee preventative maintenance on machines, manage changing out tools and molds, and train Injection Molding Associates • Follow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE, which includes safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe boots/shoes, and gloves • Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
What you'll bring:
Preferred is a high school diploma, or equivalent Experience reading and interpreting work orders Basic math and counting skills Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted Have an attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization All associates must embrace and foster an environment that supports our core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork and Accountability Previous machine operating and forklift experience is a plus.
