Health Requirements: Physician/CRNP-signed physical completed within the past 12 months stating that you are free from communicable diseases and cleared to perform job duties; current 2-Step TB documentation completed within the past 12 months, or a current 1-Step TB with proper documentation of a previous 2-Step TB. Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable federal, state, and facility-specific requirements, including licensure, background checks, health screenings, clearances, credential review, facility approval, and completion of required facility training.
