Establishes and maintains relationships with external vendors, service providers, and vehicle manufacturers including supporting Procurement with negotiating contracts, warranties, incentives/discounts, vehicle lease buyouts and service agreements to optimize fleet efficiency and minimize costs. Develops, plans and executes a company-wide fleet strategy, including budget, policies, programs, and procedures that meet customer demands, operational needs, budgetary constraints and company sustainability goals while maximizing the Company's ROI.
