Knowledge of safe and proper use of tools including ladders, lifts, basic hand tools, volt meters, manual drain augers, plumbers helpers, safety goggles, ear protection, and fire extinguishers. Minimum of four years of experience in the building maintenance industry, along with an accredited trade school degree in HVAC, electronics, or other industry-related trade (union training and certification also acceptable).
