As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit during the night shift, you'll provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs and telemetry data, assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being. Routinely solicits and validates patient/family satisfaction, participates in peer review for unit and develops bulletin board or poster that provides educational information to staff/patients/family members.
