Performs regular housekeeping tasks to minimize dust accumulation and spider webs from warehouse area, including equipment racks, walls and pallets, roof area, including baghouses, elevator legs and equipment, the bin deck area, including silo deck, cat-walks , distributor decks, and whirley-cleaner decks as needed throughout the shift. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforces actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
