As a Licensed Respiratory Therapist ,you would be responsible for patient care, which would include continuousventilation, airway maintenance, emergency care, pulmonary function testing, cardio respiratory rehabilitation, infection control, isolation procedures and cardio respiratory drug administration. Possession of a license and current registration as respiratory therapist in New York State, and three years of post-licensure experience in the administration of respiratory services and treatment of patients in a nursing home facility or hospital setting.
