Working collaboratively with the Program Director and Content Specialist, the Assistant Director helps ensure program operations run efficiently while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for participants, families, and staff. The Assistant Program Director coordinates daily program operations, supervises frontline staff, and supports the successful implementation of program activities while ensuring compliance with funder, agency, and regulatory requirements.
