General Med/Tele skillset required, including stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, and drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management). Adult/geriatric patient population with common diagnoses including COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, CHF exacerbation, falls with injuries, MVC with injuries, PE, DVT, UTI, pneumothorax, GI bleeds, and CVA.
