Deliver night-shift assembly output that meets the production schedule by directing operations across all work centers, making real-time prioritization decisions across product lines, coordinating work team scheduling and job assignments, and escalating constraints to the Production Manager for day-shift follow-up. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of approximately 20-24 production technicians and Team Leads on a day-shift rotation, with overall accountability for safe, efficient, and high-quality operations, including productivity, employee training and development, engagement, and employee relations.
