Job Title: House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist Location: Great Falls, MT Type: Permanent Shift & Schedule: Night ShiftPosition Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for an exciting opportunity in Great Falls, MT.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide leadership and operational oversight for hospital staff during assigned shifts</li><li>Coordinate nursing resources, staffing assignments, and patient flow activities</li><li>Support charge nurses and clinical staff with problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Respond to patient and family concerns in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Organize workflow and ensure delegated tasks are completed effectively</li><li>Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and constructive feedback</li><li>Collaborate with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on administrative decisions</li><li>Assist with supervision of clinical and non-clinical support staff</li><li>Support safe and efficient patient care operations across departments</li><li>Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree from an accredited Nursing Program required</li><li>Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li><li>CPR certification required</li><li>ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment</li><li>PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment</li><li>Minimum 3 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required</li><li>Experience in patient flow coordination, resource nursing, and nurse leadership required</li><li>Experience caring for patients ranging from infancy to geriatrics required</li><li>Experience with advanced medical equipment and critical care support required</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills</li><li>Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and support process improvement initiatives</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Recent ICU experience preferred</li><li>Experience caring for post-operative and medical patients preferred</li><li>Strong background in cardiac monitoring preferred</li><li>Experience with A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, ventilator support equipment, and multiple IV pumps preferred</li></ul>For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a Joint Commission Certified / WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
