Reporting to the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance, this position is responsible for interpreting and implementing applicable rules and regulations, developing and maintaining effective compliance monitoring systems, and providing education and guidance to coaches, staff, student-athletes, and athletics leadership related to the responsibilities of this role. The position will have primary oversight of assigned compliance areas, with a primary focus on financial aid but may also include student-athlete eligibility, recruiting, playing and practice seasons, awards and benefits, personnel, amateurism, transfer activities, and other emerging areas of collegiate athletics compliance.
