As a Registered Nurse in the NCCU, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver clinical excellence in patient-centered care, while being empowered through evidence-based practice, continuing education, collaboration, and shared governance to deliver nursing care at the highest level with empathy and kindness in the forefront. Using the latest technologies, nursing staff deliver care to patients requiring ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring, targeted temperature management, osmotic therapy, continuous renal replacement therapy, in addition to providing support and comfort to the families of these patients.
