KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: In-depth knowledge of the extrusion process, familiarity with machining processes, Mechanical Aptitude, Mathematical ability, Judgement, Planning, Organizing, Controlling, Oral and Written Communication, Courage to Act, Ability to Delegate, Working Under Pressure, Motivating Employees, Drive & Initiative, Flexibility, Tact & Diplomacy, Accuracy, and Timeliness, Basic Computer Skills a plus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GED, High School Education, previous Manufacturing experience, or five (5) years experience Extrusion Operator/Technician.
