Experience Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required; or Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required; or five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. We are seeking a System Engineer who will monitor system health, availability, performance, and data pipelines; investigate alerts and incidents; perform authorized recovery actions; escalate unresolved issues; maintain tickets, shift logs, SOPs, metrics, and reports; provide concise status updates and effective shift handoffs.
