What Were Looking for: • Expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market • Expected to accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available, specific location is not guaranteed • High school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am) • Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid drivers license • Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.
