Employees are required to wear PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, welding hoods, grinding shields, safety harnesses when applicable, and OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes. This position does not have formal supervisory authority but provides day-to-day direction, training, and mentoring to assigned fabrication employees under the oversight of the Fabrication Foreman and Production Manager.
