Lead Space Sim Tech - Back Half Nights (BHN), Amazon Leo AmazonLead Space Sim Tech - Back Half Nights (BHN), Amazon LeoKirkland, WABasic Qualifications - high school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace / Medical, etc.) - 3+ years of hands-on work in test lab environment, using basic hand tools - 3+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware - Minimum 3 years of environmental test experience performing at least one of the following: Vibration Testing Shock Testing Acoustic Testing Thermal Testing Thermal Vacuum Testing Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years prior leadership experience, to include leading teams, projects or people - Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production - Able to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/ or drawings - Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements - Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment - Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment - Proper use and understanding of DMM, torque wrenches, calipers, and other type of measuring devices. Estimated shift time: 4/10s Shift: Back Half Nights Wed-Sat 4 pm - 2:30 am - Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position - Willing to move between locations depending on program needs - Able to lift up to 25lbs.
