Job Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, or designee, within the framework of the Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, participates in the following activities: Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Process: systematically assesses the health status of the patient, analyzes and interprets data and makes nursing judgments regarding care plans, implements and coordinates nursing interventions, evaluates outcome of nursing interventions, revises/updates plan of care, documents nursing process clearly and concisely. Working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you'll combine advanced clinical skills with compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients with complex medical, surgical, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions on their path to recovery.
