NOTE: This position requires you to float to all Peds Acute Care units including: Pediatric Acute Care (PAC), Pediatric Medicine Acute Care (PMAC), Hem/Onc (PHO), Surgical/Trauma/Adolescent Medicine (PSTAM), Cardiology (PCICU Stepdown) (PCARD), Safer Unit (behavioral health) (12C), & general peds overflow (12B) . Care Planning (Novice): Demonstrates ability to anticipate resource needs, identify distinct tasks, set priorities, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work within areas of direct responsibility.
