Preferred Qualifications: • 4+ years of relevant maintenance or technical work experience • Completion of PECNA Maintenance Apprenticeship Program • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training and experience • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
