Repairs and monitors air conditioning systems (central and package), heating systems (water and steam), steam systems (high, medium, low pressure), temperature readings on fans and pumps, heating, cooling, and re-circulation pumps. Makes rounds in all mechanical rooms, logs said rounds, monitors equipment, repairs plumbing (sinks, toilets, etc.).
