The hourly rate for this position is: $32.50 - $41.38Benefits Paid sick leave, vacation, and holiday time in accordance with state law and company policyAssociates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible: sick time up to 48 hours per year; vacation time between 80 and 200 hours per year after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service; 6 paid holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday; Holiday Premium Pay if working on a scheduled holidayAssociates considered full-time salaried: paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. Qualifications and requirements Experience in one or more of the following: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioningKnowledge of health and safety complianceManual dexterity and physical stamina; lift heavy objects; walk and stand for extended periodsManage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and attention to detailPossession of a valid driver's licenseWhere required by State/Local law, maintain ASE Certifications** In California, for Certified Technicians (Mechanical Associate 4) maintain ASE Certification in Engine Repair (A1), Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), and Heating Air Conditioning (A7).
