Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory • Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, new products, services, and broker practices • Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs • Stay informed about competitors initiatives and analyze potential competitive threats • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to address questions and concerns during the implementation phase • Collect and analyze data to provide strategic guidance on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business areas • Prepare concise and impactful executive summaries for client presentations • Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by the deadlines set by management • Participate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching to other team members • Frequent domestic travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. Education & Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs preferred • At least two years of progressive sales experience with payroll EOR, HCM, PEO, or BPO-type B2B intangible sales • Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) or similar preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed • This role requires a valid non-restricted drivers license as it involves regular travel to client sites and company locations.
