We seek Building Inspectors and Assessors to perform on-site verification of construction progress via photo and report documentation, as well as data collection for Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Property Condition Assessments (PCA/PCNA), and Asset Tagging / Inventory assignments across diverse property types, including Multifamily housing, senior housing, educational (K-12 and higher education), commercial, industrial, municipal, and military/federal facilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing FCAs, PCAs, or PCNAs for multifamily, senior, educational, commercial, or government facilities.
