Assist project management and procurement teams in understanding contractual rights, obligations, notice requirements, remedies, and interpretation issues (schedule, changes, delays, claims, payment disputes, warranties, scope changes, performance issues). Partner with Procurement to recommend and maintain appropriate contractual terms to achieve commercial objectives for subcontractors, design professionals, service providers, equipment and other suppliers, and assist in resolving related contractual issues.
