Who We’re Looking For We're offering the residency to early-career software talent ready to commit to a full-time engineering role, including: final-year associate, undergraduate, or master's students (graduating by January 2027), recent graduates in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. You'll pair with experienced engineers, learn data storage solutions, front-end and back-end technologies, and cloud-based infrastructure, with structured milestones along the way: an onboarding week covering our tooling and secure development practices, a midpoint demo, and a capstone presentation.
