purity, assay performance, trends) with limited input; summarize findings and identify deviations; operate and maintain proficiency on instrument/operation (e.g., HPLC/UPLC, GC-FID, UV-Vis, pH, centrifugation), including calibration checks and basic maintenance; maintain high-quality lab notebook documentation consistent with GDP expectations; ensure date integrity and traceability; identify, troubleshoot, and communicate routine technical issues (instrument errors, sample anomalies, out-of-spec observations) and escalate when needed; collaborate with departmental peers to coordinate workloads, share best practices, and deliver assignments on schedule; complete all required EHS compliance, and role-specific training in timely manner. Prior experience must include: plan routine analytical experiments following technical protocols to quantify, analyze small molecules and large molecule compounds; independently operate instruments (HPLC/UPLC) for analysis of samples; prepare accurate pipetting and solution preparation (dilutions, concentrations); interpret results (e.g., purity, assay performance, trends) and communicate findings and out-of-spec observations; perform chemical handing, labeling, segregation, spill response and proper disposal activities following lab safety procedures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to test automation tools/workflows in the lab and provide user feedback.
